02 / Project Delivery

Get the work organised.
Get it done properly.

We coordinate commercial refurbishments, remedial works and improvements, so you can keep the project moving and plan around disruption to your business. Clear reporting brings costs, progress and the decisions that need you into view.

From scope to completion.

We agree what needs doing, the budget and who will carry out the work. We then coordinate contractors, keep track of progress and costs, and gather the records needed at completion.

That may be work identified through a Focused Property Review, an existing list of remedial actions or a property improvement you already have in mind.

Health & Safety sits within the planning and delivery of the work: contractor checks, site arrangements, safe working and the appointments needed for the job.

What's included, depending on the job

  • Scope, contractor selection and programme planning
  • Contractor checks, site access and disruption planning
  • Coordination of contractor risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), permits and safe-working arrangements, with specialist review where needed
  • Support with client-side construction H&S arrangements and required appointments
  • An agreed programme, progress and cost reporting, a decisions and issues log, and handover records

Keep decisions, costs and progress visible.

01 / DEFINE

Agree the job

Set the scope, budget, required specialists and responsibilities before work starts.

02 / COORDINATE

Keep work moving

Coordinate contractors, access and progress. Keep you informed about costs, decisions and outstanding issues.

03 / HAND OVER

Close out properly

Receive the agreed handover records and outstanding-items list, so your team knows how to manage the completed work and who will resolve any remaining issues.

The right people for the right work.

Specialists carry out and certify technical work. Principal Designer and Principal Contractor appointments are outside this service. The relevant dutyholders keep their statutory responsibilities. Specialist assessments, statutory inspections and legal advice are outside the EDR service.

Fees agreed before we start

The fee is agreed against the work before we start. Any change to the agreed scope is discussed separately.

Need someone to manage the property afterwards?

Facilities Management can provide ongoing support for maintenance, suppliers, budgets and follow-up actions.

Do I need a Focused Property Review first?

No. If you already know what work is needed, we can start with that. We'll discuss the scope and any information or specialist input needed to move it forward.

What if I already have contractors?

Tell me who is involved and what has been agreed. We'll establish where coordination is needed and what checks, responsibilities and reporting should be included.

Tell us what needs sorting.

Tell us what needs doing, where the property is and any timing or access constraints. We’ll discuss the scope, budget and support needed with you before agreeing the work and fees.
