Set the scope
We discuss the property, how it's used, the records available and the questions you need answered. The review fee is agreed before we start.
03 / Focused Property Review
A focused review of a building, issue, records or responsibilities, so you can decide what to address first and where to commit budget. Receive clear findings, evidence gaps and a practical action plan within the agreed scope.
Useful when you have taken on a property, inherited unresolved actions or need better information for a decision. We separate what the evidence demonstrates from what still needs checking, so you can set priorities on a clearer basis.
We agree the scope, review the records and speak to the people managing the building, with a site walkthrough where agreed. We then talk you through the findings and next steps.

We review the agreed records and responsibilities, speak to the people involved and identify missing evidence or outstanding actions.
You receive findings and a prioritised action list, so you can decide what to fund, who should act and where specialist input is needed. Your team can take it forward; further EDR work is a separate decision.
Single-site focused reviews typically start from £750. The final fee depends on the property size and complexity, the volume of records and whether a site walkthrough is required. We confirm the scope and fixed fee in writing before work starts. Any extra work is agreed separately. There's no obligation to continue with EDR after the review.
The review doesn't replace fire risk assessments, statutory inspections, specialist technical assessments or legal advice, and it isn't a compliance certificate. A missing record means we need more evidence. It does not automatically mean a breach.
Project Delivery can help get remedial work organised and completed. Facilities Management provides ongoing support if you need someone to keep maintenance, contractors and actions moving.
Yes. We look at the property, how it's used and who is responsible for what. The lease is part of that picture, alongside relevant statutory duties. If something needs legal interpretation, we'll refer it to your solicitor.
We'll confirm availability and timings once we understand the property, the records and any access needed. If there's an urgent issue, tell us at the outset so we can discuss what needs attention first.
Tell us about the property and the questions you need answered. We’ll discuss the records available, the review scope and any site access before agreeing a fixed fee.
