01 / Facilities Management

Facilities management built around your property.

We coordinate agreed maintenance, contractors and outstanding actions, so you can focus on running the business without chasing every update. Clear reporting keeps you informed about costs, progress and the decisions that need your approval.

Illustrative modern workplace with glazed circulation space and a landscaped commercial courtyard.

Keep the property running properly.

Choose the level of involvement your property needs: light-touch assurance and reporting, ongoing FM oversight of maintenance and contractors, or defined facilities and estate management services. Site visits, decision-making authority and reporting are agreed for each engagement.

We agree priorities, service outputs, reporting frequency and any delegated authority, then coordinate the work and report progress.

Useful when maintenance is slipping, supplier performance needs attention or your team needs additional FM experience. We can take on a defined piece of work or provide ongoing support.

What's included, as agreed

  • Planned and reactive maintenance, and inspection scheduling
  • Contractor checks, performance and cost control
  • Site inductions, contractor risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), and permits where required
  • Follow-up on risk assessments, incidents and near misses
  • An agreed action register and reporting cycle covering progress, overdue work, costs, missing records and decisions for approval

Health & Safety is part of good FM.

It runs through how contractors are appointed, how work is planned and how outstanding actions are followed up. It belongs alongside maintenance, budgets and the practical running of the building.

01 / PRIORITIES

Agree what matters

Understand the property, the pressure points and the support you need. Agree the scope, outputs, reporting and decision-making arrangements.

02 / OVERSIGHT

Manage the detail

Keep maintenance, suppliers and outstanding actions moving, with the site involvement agreed for your property.

03 / REPORTING

Keep you informed

See costs, overdue work and the decisions that need your approval in one practical report, so you can prioritise expenditure and act without piecing together contractor updates.

A defined service, with clear responsibilities.

Dutyholders keep their statutory responsibilities. Specialist assessments, statutory inspections, technical certification and legal advice are outside this service.

Fees matched to the involvement needed

Ongoing light-touch FM support starts from £750 per month for a suitable single property. The final fee depends on the property, records, site visits, reporting and level of responsibility. Ongoing oversight and defined service delivery are scoped separately. An initial review and any minimum term or notice period are agreed in writing before work starts.

We don't have anyone in-house who could take this on. Is that a problem?

No. We can help with a single piece of work or provide ongoing FM support. We agree what you need us to take on, what decisions sit with you and how we'll keep you updated.

Can we start with a review?

Yes. A Focused Property Review can give you a clearer view of the records, responsibilities and priorities before agreeing any ongoing support. There's no obligation to continue with EDR.
